Streamonpod is an online retailer. We are not a manufacturer. We source and sell folding camping chairs to customers in the contiguous 48 United States. We stand behind every product we carry and handle customer service directly.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way that could harm the site, other users, or us.

We reserve the right to:

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We do not charge restocking fees, hidden fees, or subscription charges.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO or FPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the order date, including 1 to 3 business days for processing and 5 to 7 business days for transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Section 7 — Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items or defective products. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for personal preference returns. We cover return shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
