At this time, we do not directly accept:

Credit cards outside PayPal checkout
Debit cards outside PayPal checkout

All transactions are securely processed through PayPal.

Can I Pay Without a PayPal Account?

Yes. PayPal offers a guest checkout option that allows customers to pay using:

American Express
Discover

without creating a PayPal account.

During checkout, simply select:

“Pay with Debit or Credit Card”
or
“Pay with a Card”

on the PayPal payment page.

How Checkout Works

Step 1

Add your chair to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Step 2

Enter your shipping information and review your order summary.

Step 3

Select PayPal as your payment method and continue to PayPal checkout.

Step 4

Complete payment securely through PayPal by logging in or using guest checkout.

Step 5

After successful payment, you will return to Streamonpod and receive an order confirmation email shortly afterward.

Your order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

What Happens After Payment?

A confirmation email is typically sent within a few minutes after purchase to the email address used during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within:

1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email
Tracking information for your package

Estimated Delivery Time

Typical delivery timing:

Shipping transit: 5–7 business days
Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from purchase date

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions and destination.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
No minimum purchase is required.

Your payment details are handled directly by PayPal. Streamonpod does not store or access your full payment information.

Pricing & Charges

No Hidden Fees

The total shown at checkout is the final amount charged before applicable taxes.

No Restocking Fees

Eligible returns within our return window are accepted without restocking charges.

No Subscription Billing

All purchases are one-time transactions. We do not use recurring billing or subscription charges.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping location and local legal requirements.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to:

or
The original payment card used through PayPal guest checkout

Refund processing timeline:

Refund processing: 1–3 business days after return inspection

Common Payment Questions

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

If your payment failed or was declined:

Check with PayPal regarding account restrictions
Try placing the order again

I was charged but did not receive a confirmation email.

Junk folder
Alternate email accounts used during checkout

If you still cannot find the confirmation, email support@streamonpod.com with your transaction details and we will help locate your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment processing begins. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return according to our return policy.
