We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards for all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Below is everything you need to know about how payment works at checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

PayPal — pay with your PayPal account balance or linked bank account
Visa — credit and debit cards
Mastercard — credit and debit cards
Maestro — debit cards

All card payments are processed securely through PayPal's payment platform. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. If we add or remove payment options in the future, we will update this page.

Do I Need a PayPal Account to Check Out

No. A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase.

At checkout, you can choose to pay with a credit or debit card directly without logging into or creating a PayPal account. On the PayPal payment page, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card to use this option. Your card details are entered on PayPal's secure payment page and are not stored by Streamonpod.

How Checkout Works

Add the chair to your cart and proceed to checkout
Enter your shipping address and review your order summary
Select your preferred payment method at the payment step
Complete payment on PayPal's secure page by logging in, using guest checkout, or paying by card directly
You will be returned to Streamonpod and receive an order confirmation email

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the confirmation email has been sent to your address.

Fees and Charges

The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged, before applicable sales tax.

No hidden fees
No restocking fees
No subscription charges
No minimum order amount

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and destination state requirements.

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States. No shipping fees are added at checkout.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through PayPal. Streamonpod does not store, access, or handle your payment card details. All transaction security is managed by PayPal's platform.

Order Processing After Payment

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

PayPal account payments are refunded to your PayPal balance
Visa or Mastercard payments are refunded to the card used during checkout
Maestro debit card payments are refunded to the card used during checkout

Refund processing timeline after we receive and inspect your return:

Our processing: 3 to 5 business days
Bank or PayPal posting time: additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your provider

Common Payment Questions

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

First verify your card details or PayPal account information. Check whether PayPal has any account restrictions on your end. Try placing the order again. If the issue continues, contact us at support@streamonpod.com with your details and we will help resolve it.

I completed payment but did not receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam and junk folders and any alternate email address used during checkout. If you still cannot find the confirmation, email us at support@streamonpod.com with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will look up your order and resend the confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Contact us as quickly as possible at support@streamonpod.com. Orders can be cancelled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

Will I be charged in a currency other than US dollars?

No. All orders are priced and charged in US dollars. We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States, so all transactions are domestic USD charges.

Is it safe to pay by card on your site?

Yes. Card payments are processed entirely on PayPal's secure, PCI-DSS compliant platform. Streamonpod does not see or store your card number at any point during checkout.
