Return Shipping for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If the issue is confirmed as:
- Shipping damage
- Product defect
- Incorrect item shipment
we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers may use a trackable shipping service and provide the shipping receipt for reimbursement when applicable.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
3. Returns for Personal Reasons
If you decide you no longer want the item for personal reasons, such as:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong product
- Product did not fit your preferences
you may still return the item within the 30-day return window if it remains unused and in original condition.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For personal preference returns:

4. How to Start a Return

5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

No Hidden Fees
We do not charge:
- Restocking fees
- Hidden processing fees
- Subscription charges
Approved refunds reflect the amount owed according to the return circumstances.
6. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different chair model, color, or size:
- Start a return for the original order
- Place a new order separately after the refund process begins or completes
This helps avoid delays caused by manual exchange handling.
7. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment processing begins.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but eligible returns may still be requested after delivery.
